Rental prices
Our rental prices are not "bait and switch". Rental prices at Villa Ambolo refer to the whole house including the two guest appartments. The prices include final cleaning, all utilities (electricity, water, A/C, heating etc.) and taxes.

Availability
Villa Ambolo website does not have its own calendar. Plesase check availability at our presence at Homeaway and come back to this website for a booking.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do a booking at Homeaway, they will charge you a BOOKING FEE of appr. 6 to 8 % of the net rent plus VAT. If you go for a direct booking, you will not be charged any fees. So, if you want to do a direct booking, we recommend you to come back to this webstite for the procedure.
Direct Booking procedure (NO BOOKING FEE)
We are happy you are interested in a booking. Please fill out who you are, how many people, when you want to come and if you have any special wishes. You will get an answer at short notice, maximum within 24 hours.

Payment
Payment can be either done by a bank transfer to a German IBAN account (no payment fees) or via Paypal (ca. 2% payment fee). Clients will be given IBAN/BIC and Paypal account with their rental contract.
